Located just a stones throw from all the gay bars and clubs of Soho, Sweatbox is regularly bulging over with boys who are every bit as hot and steamy as our saunas and steam rooms.

London is the gay capital of the world right now, Soho is its centre and Sweatbox is it’s uninhibited playground.

Fed up going to big, empty saunas?
Then come to Sweatbox for a fun and friendly, attitude free experience. Where there’s something - and someone - for everyone!

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

With our weekly UNDER 25 NIGHTS* (Mondays) and FOAM PARTIES* (Wednesday and Saturdays), Sweatbox is not only busiest it’s also the most fun and friendly sauna.

For some people Sweatbox is a sauna with a gym. For others it’s a gym with…benefits.

However you see it, the Sweatbox gym is the real thing – not just a battered multi-gym gathering dust in the corner!

It has everything you need for a full body work out – using machines, free weights or a combo of both.

And whilst yes, it’s true we do have more than our fair share of sexy shirtless hunks, we also pride ourselves in being one of the friendliest, most attitude-free places to work out , whatever your body shape.

Sweatbox Sauna may be the busiest but Sweatbox Gym is mostly very quiet. Even at peak times it’s rare to have to wait very long to gain access to a piece of kit. In this sense we offer a service unmatched by gyms twice the size and twice the price!

And what other gym has all this plus the free and unlimited use of London’s busiest and sexiest sauna!
